Our return process is easy, its is automated and the best part we will email you a UPS return label for a flat fee of $5.99, which we deduct from your original purchase refund.
HI and AK are not eligible for flat rate return label. Please contact us for further information.
No need to get that credit card back out. You do the shopping we will handle the rest. So don't worry if your purchase isn't the perfect item, we have you covered on the return.

Enter your order number and email address to start the process. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
Items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items in unused and new sellable condition.
Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact.
Items shipped with a retail box must be returned with the retail box in the same condition as when received. We do not accept returns where the return shipping label has been affixed directly to the retail packaging.
What items are not returnable?
All of the flies that we sell on our website are not returnable.
Rods; Reels that have been loaded with backing and a fly line
We understand, sometimes buying a rod and or reel online is worrisome since, at times, you are basing your decision off of reviews. But if your rod and reel are not not exactly what you wanted. No problem. As long as the rod has only been cast on the lawn, and the warranty has not been registered you are welcome to ship it back to us and we will find you the right fly rod or reel that better fits your situation. But we are not able to accept returned rods that have dirty corks or have been fished. We carry the same policy for a reel.
If you have us install backing and/or a fly line on your reel and you want to return the reel, we will deduct from your refund the full retail price of the fly line as well as a charge for the backing on the reel and a minimum charge of $25 for us to remove these items from the returned reel.
If you are not 100% sure about your reel purchase, one way to avoid these charges is to not have us install the bonus fly line or backing. That way you just need to return the reel/rod and fly line for a full refund.
Can my purchased items be exchanged?
If you are looking to exchange for a different size, you can order the new size you desire directly off of our site, taking advantage of our fast and free shipping [when applicable]. You then create a return for the original item that wasn't what you needed.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5- 7 working days after the approval and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Shipping your return to us.
When getting your item ready to ship back please do the following:
Be sure your item includes the original tags and packaging. If we do not receive the box undamaged or items with the original tags, we will not be able to refund your return.
For waders, boots and shoes return the retail boxes in another shipping box or wrapped so the shipping labels are not affixed straight onto the retail box. Boots must also not be worn outside and still in salable condition.
Undergarments such as boxers, etc will not be accepted for return or exchange.
May I ship the return back using a different shipping carrier other than the supplied UPSlabel?
Yes you can but the cost of the return will be solely your responsibility.
