This Euro leader is outstanding and I believe a step up from RIO’s. It slides nicely through the eyes and the diameter cuts through the water quickly and easy to see. Very easy to cast and much better than RIO in the wind. I’m an avid fly fisherman and mostly Euro and Dry. I don’t indicator fish but I do occasionally dry dropper. I’ve also put a dry on the leader and caught fish no problem as a last resort.
Everything I purchase from “The Fin” is A Number One…
This euro line is probably the best pre tied I’ve found. Butt section is thin but still stiff enough for casting if needed. Easy to keep sag out of the line. Very light overall and easy to toss light nymphs. The tag ends being left at the indicator is a nice touch for visibility as well.
