Had been putting off buying these and totally regret it. Outstanding comfort out of the box- one blister but it was my fault not paying attention to lacing. Strongly rec for those early season scouts.

Exceptional boot right out of the box. I broke the boot in on my 3 mile daily walk with our rottie. No issues what so ever with the break in process. Looking forward to putting some miles on the boot this summer in the central PA mountains.
The boots are very comfortable right out of the box. I haven’t had a chance to put them through any testing though. The only negative, is the EE is not as wide as I am used to. I was a little concerned since all comparisons to the fit was with Nike. Nike runs small so I ordered a half size larger. It fits okay but I think a full size larger would have been perfect.

Crispi Altitude in brown leather. I'm a first time shopper of Fin & Fire Fly Shop. I found and purchased these particular boots at a better price than competitors. Shipped and received promptly. It's difficult to separate the purchase experience from the boots, however, so the ding of one star is for an issue with the boots only. After a solid week of break-in wear on concrete, cracks in the orange plastic that surround two eyelets per boot have begun to appear. I believe these are superficial (for the moment). I have to be honest and say that for the price and manufacturer I would have expected a better material choice here. It remains to be seen how these continue to hold up, but otherwise the above they are comfortable and are breaking in nicely. Again, the website shopping experience was easy to use, and the shipping was extremely quick. I will be purchasing other items from this store again.
